The Consulate General of Afghanistan in Bonn serves as a diplomatic mission representing Afghanistan and provides consular services for Afghan nationals and residents in Germany, including passport-related services, document/legal services, and identity confirmation (subject to official procedures and requirements).

The Consulate is responsible for:

Issuing and renewing passports

Processing Afghan visas for foreigners

Providing document attestation & legalization

Handling birth, marriage, and death registrations

Offering emergency legal and travel assistance

Supporting refugees and Afghan nationals in need

Issuing and renewing passports

Promoting Afghan cultural and educational exchange
